No need for any to work hard w/ SVFC & their BOD performing so poorly, just thorough Due Diligence is all that is required & that info found pertaining to SVFC, MD Global & YA is all a matter of public record for any & all who want to know the truth or the FACTS & CONSEQUENCES of the new Convertible Debenture Agreement w/ YA
