Available public information supports the conclusion that CDEx has no beta units in hospitals to date. No doubt why CDEx has remained cloaked in secrecy. A lower echelon CEO was brought on board and a new level of CDEX lies began. At least the minion made a good scapegoat during the bankruptcy proceedings.

NDA or no NDA, PP investors can't be told the hospitals involved in beta testing if they don't exist. That's why it's going to be tough to get the PP investors that rescued CDEx from bankruptcy to dump any more of their money down the rat hole.

My guess is that CDEx hawks are out trying to recruit a fresh group of uninformed PP suckers. Afterall, that's their core business.
