I know SK isnt the best at keeping promises, however doesnt anyone find it strange that he spoke about Phase I Yervoy/Bavi kicking off in Q1 on March 10th yet here we are 3 weeks past that date? Could something be in the works with BMS or a competitor to Yervoy that derailed a kick off on time? I do realize this is an IST however i am sure PPHM has the ability to delay.

That sounds like the best plausible reason. Can't imagine any other reason that would delay the IST by so long, especially after indicating a start less then three weeks before schedule (that was already delayed once from January start to March) !!. Anyways would be interesting to see what eventually transpires.
