The CEO puts the info out there. It's up to the investor to be vigilant to keep themselves informed. The fact that Gerald and the company use Twitter, Facebook, The Chairman's Blog, and on occasion even responds to individual investor's questions is not a secret to any investor who has spent 5 minutes doing any DD on the company. All of these sources have been mentioned dozens of times on this board and the Yahoo message board.

Your Bernie Madoff comparison and claims of informing select investors is without merit. The company isn't obligated to do all the work on keeping investors informed. They put the information out there to a variety of sources. It's the investor's responsibility to routinely monitor those sources, in addition to the press releases. Not every tidbit of information justifies the need and expense of a press release.

Show a little initiative and responsibility for keeping yourself informed about your investment, instead of complaining that a select few are getting the info. Most investors here seem to enjoy doing that.
