I did a quick research on this and I was tempted with the fact that insiders bought at 0.001 but the CATCH is: they didn't buy the common stock A at 0.001 they got B preferred at 0.001 and that is alarming imo because the voting power we have regular common shares is equal to nothing compared to preferred shares. If they bought them at $,10 a shares I would buy regular shares at 0.001. good luck
