I believe we used the Travelstar 2.5 in the Treo. I asked RP about the connection we had with IBM, now Hitachi (Travelstar and Microdrive). He said they were looking at all possibilities, but the Toshiba 1.8 was favored at this time. IMO that will change as Hitachi ramps up production and gets competitive.
