It was a tongue in cheek comment. Matt Nicosia is notorious for issuing total fluff PR's to pump up his stocks and deceive the investing public.

I wouldn't put it past him to try to take advantage of the marijuana craze and issue some sort of bogus PR regarding intentions to enter the market.

RGNA, and his other sham VIVK, are piles of garbage.
