Got to be honest here...

The past few weeks has been a huge disappointment to me and my associates.

The late filing runs deep and I believe can possibly have an effect on the Lincoln Park deal which would be absolutely horrible! I need to dig into the filing to figure this out. Most deals like this have contingencies that ALL filings are correct and on time or the deal is null and void.

Sorry, but I'm just being straight forward and honest. We are very discouraged at the moment.

If I hear anything different, I will certainly post! Hopefully some better news!
