So let me get this straight? If an investor doesn't like the way the company he and she is invested in they should not bring up any of these concerns and just go with the whole hope and pray investment strategy?

Good/legit companies divulge that info. to their investors. Simple stuff here.

Those companies have investors that are willing to buy and hold those prices, we do not. Investor confidence is low here.

Sadly GEAR really doesn't have anything to do with us anymore, its just a good representation of what the company is capable of. Not a bad thing, just not a huge revenue earner.

This was indeed being diluted, as per the PR. Shares were given to pay off a debt owed and the persons with said shares do not want to hold them and are selling them.

Lets stop with the its all good in LVGI land and pull our heads out of the sand. So far LVGI has been responding quite well to investor concerns, so I know it will be all good, but for now the squeaky wheel gets the grease,
