It would be fair to say that everyone on this site is subject to the "framing bias" of behavioral finance. All this article is saying it that they could obtain FDA accelerated approval. I could win the lottery tomorrow. The company is the same position they were yesterday. Until actual FDA approval is received these stories are just fluff.
