They definitely entered well below this pps....

They don't alert until their "target pps" is reached. This way they dump all of their shares on the pps they alerted it, everyone buys up while they dump some out, then they dump the rest back down to what they alerted at and done deal.

Then it's up to fundamentals and oversold conditions to bring things back to normalcy :) They grabbed 3s. That was the loading zone.
