That is how I would picture the structure. What I think others are asking is, what is the intention of management in terms of dealing with the 3 Billion shares when they become unrestricted in 12 months. Clearly it does not make much sense to hold so many shares. A reverse split has to be on the horizon. Seems to me that there are a lot of unanswered questions still and people just are not buying the argument. There are too many shares.
