Agreed, but if funding is locked due to the DTCC lock, then what options are there? Sometimes in a new business sacrifices (time and money) are needed by all partners when times get tough to help out with cash restrictions etc.

I'm sure Vortex too could have avoided "the Breakup"...

Hopefully Luther has learnt valuable lessons from a business perspective and Vortex will soon be a distant memory, however, from a shareholder perspective, he's focusing on the right things!
