They had to get somebody that is almost 200 miles away in Odessa TX. Looks like Basin Well Service and they are sitting on the Stockton waiting for payment. Some wind gust would not prevent most from raising derrick. And Treaty cannot legally sell oil from the Stockton 2 or 3 wells until they have a TRRC approved P-4. That is not possible right now has the operator US. Fuels has a THR 91.114 Flag on his P-5.
