Yes. Getting rid of a dead weight business is necessary! What are they supposed to do? Keep an entity that doesn't produce? Who cares about Bankruptcy. People get confused, Bankruptcy is stigmatized only for individuals but not for businesses!!!

They are reconfiguring their entire business - they are becoming a payment processor for MMJ. Everyone should read up on MY3C to understand how big that business is!
