The best way in determining a good price to sell your stocks is by looking at the market cap as a whole. Companies who don't give any information has had tendencies of running market caps up to beyond $10million which ran "pps" up to around .01 even with a billion or more shares outstanding.

Those companies who only give limited information about their company can see a market cap of around $20 million or a "pps" of around .02 even with a billion or more shares outstanding.

Now companies like "SITS" who are current with information. Who not only report new developments and business strategies, but one's who also report how each and every share is accounted for. Investors will know just how many shares are out there and how those shares will effect "pps". What im trying to say here is it's good for investors when we can calculate potential pps with our calculators rather not knowing how many freakin shares the company has because they're not reporting anything even if the pps is going way up. I'll give "SITS" a market cap of $20-$30 million respectively.

In our situation, we will end up with 250 million shares authorized because the "COMPANY" told us! We know we will end up with 168 million outstanding shares because the "COMPANY" told us! Some of the shares will be burned because the "COMPANY" told us! Some will be restricted because the "COMPANY" told us! We no how much money the company revenue which was a little under $3 million dollars last year and has been the average for sometime now. We know what new business and products we're getting which can pump our value even more.

Let's all get our calculators out!
compute $3000,000 revenue divided by 250,000,000 authorized shares. This should give us an answer of .012 price per share(pps).

Don't stop there! We also know that trading will take place @.012. Although we can't be sure of how much we can run up to based on trading, we should know we will go higher than the company is actually worth with all the trading. This is how every company in any market is survived by.

With a higher "pps" after the major restructuring plus new business plans plus trading plus more news... I will say "SITS" can see atleast .05 sooner than anyone can amagine. I'm shooting for more like .10-20 cents per share. .05 is a givin in my opinion.
