I've been here since Oct/12,and have accumulated a sizable stake and have not sold a single share. Today is the first time that I have considered selling at least half of my stake.
After the fiasco after last year's late filing, missing it again this year, even with a 15 day extention, is unacceptable to me.

Sorry, the hiring of a new CFO excuse isn't a good enough reason. Did they just start on the 10k when he was hired?
It's about credibility. Over promise and under delivering.
The reason we are sitting at 7 cents with our huge potential and pipeline is many investors and insitutions still won't touch this with a ten foot pole. It is still a very risky penny stock. Missing the filing AGAIN is a huge step back in gaining credibility with the investment community.
All this talk of uplisting this year and increasing shareholder value is becoming nothing but cheap talk.
Call me a sissy or whatever, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.
I'm waiting to hear what GC has to say......GLTA
