Regardless if an OTC company does or doesn't have to report its financial filings on time (or at all for that matter) it's the point that they are and filed when they are supposed to. If the company doesn't fulfill that, it looks bad on their part and it looks bad for investors. I for one am wondering what's going on for two major reasons. One they didn't file on time. Two they asked for an extension and then still didn't file it by the extension deadline.

For those who don't know about reporting requirements for penny stocks, I encourage you to take a few minutes and read this. It's some info about the different tiers in the OTC marketplace. Many are unaware of these and even the presence of what they truly mean.
