How are they free Snizzle?? Define that for me.

When shares are awarded as a form of compensation for promotional services rendered, they carry a cost basis of ZERO.

ZERO = FREE.

Play a serious part in the demise of SCRC share price? I've lost 3 cents now since first buying in.

The sp went from the teens to a 52-wk high of 1.05 during the P-part of the P&D, and then once the pumping ceased, the sp cratered to a 52-wk low of .081 during the D-part of the P&D that transpired over the 3 month period immediately afterwards.

In addition, these non-disclosing criminal promoters came back for a second bite at the apple (and with the .0525 shares that we just found out about, it seems that many are even attempting a third bite at the apple) when their FREE restricted stock unlocked and became free-trading. The sp at the time of unlocking had recovered to a healthy .30, but immediately cratered again once their shares unlocked, driving the sp down to where you see it today, still struggling to stabilize.

I am happy for you that you came in at a cost basis low enough where you are only down three cents. Most that were invited into SCRC by the promoters are facing the prospects of having to wait until 2015 until they can realistically break even.
