When the people who were responsible for the bookkeeping and the spending are no longer involved in the company, I'm sure it takes time to dig all of the information required for an audit. Things don't happen overnight, at least if they are done right and legally. In my opinion, If this was all a scam he would have put together some bs papers and submitted them overnight to pump the PPs. Do your DD and if you have concerns email or call mike. He's very transparent and honest. He seems willing to answer shareholder questions if he can (as a CEO, he's very limited what he can share with you).
