Possible future DILUTION , this is why >>>> Recruiting more staff ; Does'nt that mean the need for more dilution to pay for their wages? The current profit of 100 k per quarter is not sufficient to maintain that, hence in my opinion the company increased the O/S from 20 odd million to 44 million in just three month , that 's a massive massive increase of 120% in the O/S .At this rate by next quarter the O/S could double to around 100 million and thereafter 200 million shares the following quarter...

I understand they are growing compared to 2013 however the Q2 revenue and profit is far lesser than Q1 which raises eye brows indicating that the company I has stagnated , next Q should give better indication if revenue is increasing quarter over quarter...

VFIN has been selling shares today , I believe it's the ongoing dilution from the company.
