Shareholder meeting has nothing to do with the NDA, as a non shareholder last year I asked and was given the date of the meeting and then i informed everyone here that the date had changed. No there is no meeting scheduled, there is no proxy, there is no financials. So tell me how that benefits the shareholder. Who's selling all those shares?, my bet is the new CIO who was paid in shares, or maybe the auditing company that was paid in shares. Companies without cash use shares instead. Very plausible and much more than the short theory. Or maybe Mr Lenfest gave his grandkids some shares and they put them up for sale, totally plausible as well.
