No. Perhaps a music analogy is appropriate. It is similar to Implied Nuance. Its not the notes that are important, its the space between them.

In other words, you have to know what to look for, and how to interpret once you find it. The novice dismisses what he doesn't see on cursory investigation. The professional "understands" on a different level. Capiche?
