You are correct in as much as if they were buying shares at .001 the pps would be higher than it is. However since they are not buying but simply getting them (acquiring) adding to the dilution the pps remains flat. Sorry - it is what it is with Velatel.

.001 is the par value of the stock. Upcoming SEC Filings will tell the story and confirm the much increased OS.

ps IF VELA stock ever does increase then you'll see the Form 4s flowing again for the SELLS as it was in 2012. Heck, I'd do it too especially since the shares were basically free.
