Gerald is pretty good about tweeting in response to shareholder concerns. On Sunday he tweeted like eight times to put to rest rumors going around about our IP and Patent rights for MANF/Diabetes. This morning he tweeted to put to rest rumors that LymPro had been delayed. Yet, he hasn't said anything about the 10K late filing, in spite of shareholder concerns.

What does that suggest? I don't know.

I know this. Recently we have had two independent and well respected researchers validate that MANF stopped diabetes in rats!! That's HUGE!

Why would Gerald not file on time? Nothing could be so bad that it is worth ruining our financial good standing so we can't up list. So why would Gerald have allowed this to happen? Could it be that something even more important has happened recently that dwarfs the importance of filing on time, or even up listing? Could keeping some super important NDA in tact another week or so be more important than filing on time? What could such a thing be? I don't know.

NOVARTIS?

Should the late filing make us all nervous, or giddy?

Could some Big Pharma be interested enough now in MANF that it would want to buy out the whole kit and kaboodle?

I don't know.

Maybe it's been filed and just hasn't posted. Or maybe bad news is looming. Or maybe something huge is about to happen! Don't you love being in this position where we could lose it all...or become multi-millionaires? GLTA. Too fun!
