hey low trade is it bad that i finally took a starter position in NYMT today obviously long term?... i have been following it ever since you alerted me of divined stocks about 1 year ago almost now... had to build up my money in order to have enough to buy it... i did do what you suggested only entered NYMT with about 30% of the amount i plan to be in it completely in the end tho, so if it retraces under 7$ i can add more... looks good tho and i got in today at 7.17$
anyways i will continue to add one or two more divi stocks/funds i like FKINX mutual fund (very slow mover, 5% +/- and PTY long term 8% along with your CIM and ARR something about ARR I'm not sure about but either way all great divi s that pay nicely... ) i am just not used to divi paying stocks and don't know how they work but i will be reinvesting the payouts obviously .. PTY pays out monthly thats why i like it plus they have that december bonus payout which is nice too. anyways thanks low trade


also any opinion on UTRM ... i have been patiently waiting for this to break out of this wedge from .0070 - .0088 and it seems like it just can't do it but any day now hopefully it will bust out of resistance and into penny land we will see.. website launches 4/20 sunday..so who knows... thanks
