Fusion Pharm, Inc. (FSPM)

How do you know this? It's an honest question - I am not a professional trader. I am in the process of learning how to read financial reports but I'm certainly no expert at deciphering their meaning.

I'm a fan of Fusion Pharm (which is why I'm here) but I do get frustrated with the Mr. Dittman's seeming lack of transparency.

Separately, anyone have any idea when/if the audited financials will be released? What could explain why they decided to release unaudited financials at this time? (Honest question, I'm a new trader. I was under the impression that audited financials would be released.) Fusion Pharm already has a lot of money but if they want more, they'll have to improve their communication with share holders. I may have to reduce my position if Mr. Dittman doesn't work to improve on this.
