I noticed that as well today but it was happening yesterday but the opposite. Yesterday the 100 was hitting the Ask mainly but today was the Bid side. All part of the fun and games of the OTC. I've seen that happen in many pink stocks, some as little as 10 shares being repeatedly hit on the Bid or Ask side, not uncommon.
