Absolutely not a scam IMO. Company is working hard and moving forward nicely with their business. Dan Feeney in China gives me great hope for additional rev streams to develop in the short term. Once the company and their auditor can square away a plan to properly recognize China revs under GAAP standards the street will correct the PPS quickly to the upside.

Looks like the bottom is in. 15 min chart looks good SURF!!
