As of 5/1/14 all OTCQB STOCKS will need to be above .01 pps. If not they will get notified & given, (im not sure how much) time to get to & maintain .01 for a yr. or be down graded. I think that's how I understand the new rule. So I'm sure the 1st qt. Results will be spectacular in hope to get us to that penny plus. Hold or buy. A penny plus is coming within 2 wks. Jmo
