the shop in Boulder CO where I was the other day had an old address in a kind of seedy industrial park. it was after the halt and I was suspicious as it was; there was no store. I called and got directions to their new location which is in a far more respectable strip mall kind of place. the guy who was there was telling me that they were doing great business, month over month and year over year.

it occurred to me though; if PHOT were a scam; why would they move this whole store to a new location and take out a new lease and move all their product?

the answer is simple: they wouldn't.
