ALL brokers do it. They never tell you but they do. Some are more known for shorting like Ameritrade and a few others. I remember catching E trade using my shares and I busted them. I called them and forced them to cover and the stock ran about 50% in a half hour. That is why everyone should always lock up their penny stock shares with GTC sell orders at least where they want to sell or in my case I do it higher. They always deny it unless they are busted like I have busted a few times as they did it!

How can others use my shares if I do not have an order in on them? I have been wanting to ask some one that.
