Yes it does suck. Now without any indication as to how long we are waiting .... we just wait and wait. Someone had posted on here that there is no such thing as a quiet period when trying to get relisted. Anyone know how true that is? Is JB just calling it a quiet period because he won't give any information out until MSGi is relisted or is it a SEC requirement to go quiet when trying to refile?
