A lot of times is done with the purpose that people looking at L2 will sell, specially now that div has been paid and shorts can play back in the game. A 1M share purchase can send this back to .03 or higher in no time. The ask is really thin and accumulation still increasing.
This is a great company with a huge potential. If you are a Long investor, in a month or two you will be laughing at the current PPS. This is a great opportunity to accumulate not to sell.
