Price is deceptive here, very heavy bid volume @.0034, .0036ASk = paint job. Long haul back to .01 but did it 2 weeks ago can do it again -- partly depends on the whole sector recovering from PHOt-shock and the shorts having had their fill of cheapies.
The more PPL who set their Ask's high the faster it will reach .01.
Don't let price trending sideways fool you.
