They have to reverse split or its lights out. Its one or the other PERIOD. How long are you people going to pretend May 1st doesn't matter. MAY 1ST IS A MAJOR EVENT THAT WILL FORCE THIS COMPANY TO DO A REVERSE SPLIT OR STOP TRADING ON THE OTC.. This is not rocket science and you can see from the share price and the latest news that no way will this trade above a penny anytime soon..
