OK, so according to that the OS has not increased since the 1st of the month on the last check. That would make sense being the volume has come down the last week or two (haven't had any of those 3 and 5 million days like we had for a time weeks back) suggesting that it isn't the company selling at this time but rather individual investors whom are bailing out at these levels. If the OS is at 56 million shares then the float I would say is easily in the 40 million range or a bit lower which is still very low for a Penny stock.
