Your assertions about BW and his work ethic and the importance of NASCAR are gratuitous, at best. You have nothing to back up any of your statements, while detractors of the company and BW have plenty of fodder with which to form opinions and have presented it here at length.

As a for instance, an honest man doesn't PR a share buyback in Q1 of 2010 and then proceed to dump billions upon billions of shares into the float instead.
