NO ROOM AT THE EMBASSY SUITES.

I just hung up from a nice young lady. Hop-On does NOT have a room booked on May 16.

They are completely booked at this time with other meetings. She said there might be a small room available with classroom seating.

The last Hop-On meeting that was there was in 2007.

I asked if Hop-On had paid, she said she couldn't tell. She did confirm that if they had not paid they would not be getting a room until the previous bill had been paid. Again, she didn't say they had not paid. She said she didn't have that information.

I also asked if anyone else had called about the room. (this was at 8:30 PST) Her reply was NO ONE else had called the sales department and they are the only ones that have the information for MAY.

She checked twice to be sure.
