I doubt many are perplexed, but perplexing to me if that's the case. Since the target of the investigation was apparently John Bordynuik, and what he did with a certain trust fund, I'd say that the court got all they needed.

The class action suit which JBII attempted to settle, addressed JBII the company. At some point (assuming no BK declaration) they'll need to pay the piper, and we all know that no OTC companies have ever survived a class action suit ;)

..and yet "the allegations against JBI, Inc. are withdrawn"
