If the SEC had not squelched the NASD approved BBX market over 2 1/2 years ago , there wouldn't be such blatant and criminal manipulation .
The BBX was proposed and approved by the NASD as an electronic market where ONLY buyers and sellers could engage , and market makers could only facilitate the transactions , matching a REAL buyer to a REAL seller , using only REAL shares .
The Market Makers petitioned the SEC en masse , objecting to the BBX market as denying them their inalienable right to
MAKE a market for a stock , and they unanimously decried how
MANY stocks would die horrible deaths without THEM making a market .
The SEC capitulated to the Market Makers and cancelled the BBX market , and implemented Regulation SHO as their answer to market maker manipulation and NAKED SHORT SELLING ( NSS ) ,
promising U.S. Dep't of Justice prosecutions and Market Maker suspensions for non-compliance .
Since Reg Sho , many stocks have died horrible deaths and minimally obscene dilutions just to survive , all because of MM manipulations into PPS oblivion and NSS . There has not been ONE D.O.J. prosecution against a M.M. nor has there been ONE M.M. suspension for non-compliance to Reg Sho .
' Investigate the SEC ' is a formal movement that is being censored at every step . Even the Dateline segment on Naked Short Selling ( NSS ) was postponed for many months and then
watered down as a personal vendetta by a FEW disgruntled
companies . Persons in very high positions muzzled Dateline .
The corruption in the markets and particularly the OTC involves very powerful persons , and IMO to the pinnacles of Power .
If ya hate M.M. manipulation then consider signing the
' Investigate the SEC ' petition .
Otherwise , we wait for the M.M.'s to manipulate GZFX's PPS
" to da moon " and then no-one will care . And the cycle will continue on the next stock that we buy HIGH and watch as it is manipulated into the cellar .
Our turn at TO DA MOON manipulation will occur ....hopefully soon . It will be up to J.F. & C.G. to provide PROOF to sustain the higher PPS .
