I believe the company or some group is actively buying shares back. PRPM looks thin but every time you see that fake NITE wall that shows up at 0.0004. Once the selling dries up at 0.0003 then will start doing the same at 0.0005-0.0006 until they get control of the float and then KABOOM IMHO. PRs will drop with BIG news and lower ss and penny land will be in reach IMHO
