The chart looks like a short-term bottom has been put in. It formed a hammer on the chart and it looks like it is curling out of oversold.

Intel made a low and a lower high though it looks like it was by
a tiny amount. On a momentum basis (MACD Histogram and Slow Stochastic), the direction is still down.

I didn't take any positions today as I was fairly busy.
