One of those "he really didn't just say that" BBDA/Brian Weber moment!
Inspect my background: No one will say I’m a shyster. BBB rating--F

Recap/rough outline transcript of Brian Weber's April 30th CC

(to piggy-back on Risk's nice write-up)

1. BBDA is in both domestic and international markets. (because of the existing Potencia distribution & retail infrastructure)

2. 2009 Rev's: Dependent on production. The limiting factors do not have to do w/ distribution and getting product on shelves; it’s a function of how quickly can product can be made. We’ll have a better idea in 30-60 days, but it looks very positive.

3. Share buyback: Might occur within 60-90 days, the idea being to set quarterly buyback goals. Ultimately this is something we will do.

4. Share structure: Still trying to get a handle on that, 21 days in. Sales is my #1 priority.

5. Uplisting: At this point in time I do not have a specific time-table.

6. Projected Rev’s: BBDA product will start getting invoiced in the next 10 days; we’ll know more as this progresses beyond this initial roll-out phase.

7. KOMA Unwind release: Less than 60 days out. Sample batches have been produced. Initial roll-out will be in bottles; can production will take longer. *There will be new KOMA news next week.

8. Potencia-BBDA merge: Could happen; won’t look at this until the end of the year. Getting KOMA Unwind, Piranha water & Guppy water – getting this portfolio settled & on shelves & sold is my #1 priority.

9. Timeline for distributing BBDA products: On shelves right now and moving towards several thousand stores in major markets; Potencia is currently in thousands of stores. Again, production is the limiting factor.

10. Profit: Not as much profit in water as in other beverages, but there is a tremendous amount of bottled water purchased domestically in the summer, with expanded seasons internationally, so I like the bottled water product as well. Can’t speculate on profit as of yet. I can say that Energy drinks and products like KOMA are very profitable.

11. Why BBDA: Really liked the logos, good portfolio structure in place. Red Bull has grown to the point where they have their own trucks delivering product to stores…this is my vision as well for BBDA-Potencia.

12. NSS: We’re looking into this. We’ve hired consultants and I will leave this aspect up to the pro’s. We’ll have answers within the next 30 days.

13. MM Control: I don’t know. I’m learning as I go. What I can tell you is I’m partnering with people who aren’t tainted (in terms of fleecing investors).

14. TV Advertising: TV not as powerful as other marketing channels, which is why you don’t see a similar products advertised on TV. What works best, from an ROI standpoint, are boots on the ground. The majority of marketing revenue will be spent on interacting with people.

15. Celebrity sponsorship: We will be working with a well-known Hispanic comedian for sponsorship.

16. T-shirts: Can purchase t-shirts, Potencia, Piranha water, and in the near future, Piranha t-shirts, through our web-site.

17. Web-sites: We are developing web-sites for Potencia, BBDA…all of our product, with additional information on the sites such as lists of distributors in each market.

18. Piranha water: Will be in 4,000 – 5,000 stores by July 4th.

19. Guppy water: This will be a product & this will happen quickly. We want to differentiate here: there will be 4 flavors right out of the gate. We want it kid friendly and also healthy so moms will want it for their kids. We’re still looking at different formulations, in fact I have a meeting this Sat. about this.

20. Water source: Currently negotiating a few water sources, still learning about the market for water. For example, spring water is not U.S. Gov’t approved – no shelf life to it. Current water sources are in NC and TX. We will have one source to handle water in the short term.

21. Other KOMA lines: We do not want to "water-down" the brand. First step is to make Unwind a solid brand.

22. KOMA release: NY Market; the Potencia roll-out is on-going. When KOMA Unwind is on-hand we can roll KOMA right into those same channels. We’re in NC, SC, GA, NY, others…negotiating new distributors every day.

23. BBDA, Latin American focus: Not focused on one demographic with BBDA products; in fact, we’re finding that Potencia is not just limited to Latin American’s…the appeal is universal.

24. Sales: This is a 90 day-out question, I’ve only had the co. for 21 days, we’re still sending out samples. We’ll soon see exponential growth in revenues.

25. Existing markets: NC, in 100’s of gas stations. GA, in about 75 supermarkets. NY, all over the place, 7-11’s, etc. DC, 7-11’s. Chicago 7-11’s. CT. . . Piranha water will be following lock-step in all these locations, plus any/all new ones.

26. TA ungagged: Need to get a handle on the share structure, what we’re going to buy back… basically need to get our house in order first. This is 90-120 days out.

27. Share structure: within 2 weeks we’ll be re-submitting documents – there are a lot of documents to deal with. A new application will be made within 30 days. If the cap is more than the current o/s, I will own it.

Closing: We have a real solid team. I’m a life-long entrepreneur, a problem solver, & a very hard worker. I’m a good investment. Inspect my background: No one will say I’m a shyster. We’re going to build this into a solid entity.
