And if it was a typical penny stock, then I'd agree with you. In this case, waiting for lower prices that may not come could get you fewer shares. And instead of losing a couple thousand you're looking at losing out on a few hundred thousand in earnings.

It's a matter of do you want the small gamble, on a stock that used to be dollars, or do you not believe in it. If not, then go buy elsewhere.
