last i heard,first intercity had submitted an application to begin business-----dont know if anything has progressed----regardless-----"buy a bank---do an IPO"-----purely hypothetical and realistically could not get done anytime soon------why not make it easier and say----"we intend on either winning the lottery or finding a paper bag full of money"-----------ALL PURE OPINION AND SPECULATION.
