Will come once the cash-Terms are published.

I think the market is waiting for the 10K so to get a clearer Picture.

But let's assume they would have paid $ 2 Mio in Cash and against that could book a IP - Value of 10 Mio - not bad for the Balance-sheet, but as said; let's wait to see the Terms.
