You admitted you were wrong about the 10k even being filled, so I have to say that you were right about some other things. I still think you are over the top and this company still has potential.

yes it is currently very bad. I'm not the best at reading the 10k's, but when I can see how bad it is, it must be bad. :(

That being said, the company still is transparent and is trying to do the right thing, even with the horrible 10k, they are still putting it out there and for that alone, is not a POS in my book
