The only requests that we have had for new certs were from the company itself. We definitely can exchange the old certificates that we have of record in our system for the new certificates but please remember that there are alot of certificates floating around out there that ARE NOT in our system and therefore cannot be exchanged. Do we hold the certs that can not be exchanged? Does she not know of the settlement?
