The main goal

of management was to become SEC fully reporting, this was done weeks ahead of required filing.

The up listing completed, although will likely move from OTCQB to OTCBB because of changes in OTCQB requirements.

Management made it clear what they are doing going forward, and have PLENTY on their plate.
